Milano Malpensa is Milan's intercontinental airport. With its wide range of domestic, international and intercontinental flights is northern Italy's main airport. Malpensa offers two terminals for passengers and a staging area: Milano Malpensa Terminal 1 dedicated to business and leisure travellers on national, international and intercontinental flights, with scheduled and chartered flights; Milano Malpensa Terminal 2 dedicated to low-cost flights and Milano Malpensa Cargo, which define Malpensa as the first Italian airport for goods delivery and among the most important European stopovers.

How to get there

Ferno - Varese
120 Km to Piacenza.

From Milano Malpensa terminal 1 it is easy to reach Milan city centre with Malpensa Express, getting off in Cadorna station and Central Station with Freccia Rossa train. The trains reach Milano Malpensa 1 train station. To reach Malpensa 1 from Malpensa terminal 2 and vice versa, there is a free 24/7 bus service, with a time lapse from one trip to the other of 7 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening (from 10.45 pm to 5.15 am). 
From Milan also depart trains to Piacenza.

From Malpensa terminal 1 it is easy to reach Milan Central Station by car transport from the airport. From the Central Station several trains stop in Piacenza.
