COLLI PIACENTINI - TREBBIANINO VAL TREBBIA

Description
This wine is obtained from grapes of Ortrugo, Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Moscato Bianco, Trebbianino Romagnolo and Sauvignon vine varieties. Some use also white grapes from "recommended" and "authorized" varieties around Piacenza province. These grapes cannot exceed 10 tons of production per hectare and the subsequent production of wine is 70% maximum. Trebbianino is straw yellow or golden yellow in colour, with vinaceous and pleasant hints of must, dry or delicately sweet taste, subtle, plain or fizzy. Minimum alcohol volume: 11°C.
Trebbianino is best served at a temperature of 10° C, with light appetizers, soups, freshwater fish or omelettes .
