COLLI PIACENTINI - CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Description
Obtained from grapes bearing the same name for at least 85% and from other grapes of similar colour recommended or authorized around Piacenza province, has a maximum grapes production of 10 tons per hectare and a wine production not exceeding 70%. Cabernet Sauvignon has a ruby red colour (sometimes dark red), a typical scent of herbs, sweet or sour taste, slightly savoury, plain, with an alcohol strength of 12% vol.
Cabernet Sauvignon is perfect as a mature wine, it keeps its characteristics intact for 3 to 4 years. It is best served at a temperature of 18°-19° C after being left breathing. Cabernet Sauvignon accompanies meat dishes, fried or grill-cooked food, with strong and savoury taste. Minimum acidity: 4,5 g/l. Minimum net 20 g/l.
