Via S.Nazzaro, 4
San Sepolcro, designed by Alessio Tramello, was built between 1513 and 1533 for the Olivetans; during Napoleon's time it was transformed into military hospital and was reopended to cult only in 1903 . Next to the church there is the former Olivetans Monastery, with two nice cloisters enclosed in the Municipal Hospitals area. The name apparently derives from a pilgrm from Piacenza who had just come back from Jerusalem Holy Sepulchre and founded on this area a cult building which was subsequently destroyed. The façade has flying buttresses, which enhance its verticality, and a baroque portal; the interior is large, with pillars and is characterised by frescoed chiaroscuro decorations unravelling like a ribbon.
